About Juniper Canyon Living

Juniper Canyon Living is a 108-unit residential care facility campus designed for underserved adult populations found all over the state of Oregon with an emphasis on residents living East of the Cascade Mountain range. Our residents will primarily be referred through Oregon APD‘s specific needs program, but private pay will be accepted. Our nearly six-acre campus provides spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, including large activity and dining areas. Each one-story residential building contains one or two 12-unit pods, ensuring a home-like sanctuary for individuals seeking a safe, supportive environment where services are delivered with compassion. Care and support for our residents will be provided by an expertly trained staff, including a psychiatrist, nurses, medication technicians, caregivers, and mental health workers. Daily activities, meals and custodial services will also be provided by Juniper Canyon Living staff.

Pioneering Senior Living
Leadership Insights from Austin Evans

As the baby boomer generation reshapes senior care in the Pacific Northwest, thoughtful and compassionate leadership has never been more important.

In this eBook, Austin Evans, President and CFO of CRH Northwest, shares practical, real-world insights from more than 13 years leading assisted living and memory care communities across Washington and Oregon.

He explores what modern senior living truly means: building communities that combat isolation, delivering exceptional daily care and activities, supporting specialized needs like dementia, navigating the financial realities of aging, and preparing for the future of senior housing.

This guide reflects everything we stand for at CRH Northwest, operational excellence paired with genuine human connection, dignity, and quality of life for every resident and family.
